Surfing Competition

“Today is a lovely day for this surfing competition. I am your commentator, Sarah Blewett. And first up we have Jonty Jones, all the way from
He gets on his surfboard….his first wave comes….is he going to make it?
He does. What beautiful surfing!
Another wave comes, it’s huge. What’s going to happen? He falls! Oh no his surfboard goes out! That was a good try on his second wave, but maybe he will do even better on his third wave.
He’s trying to get back on his surfboard, but look he can’t. Another wave is coming. What will Jonty do? Look it’s washed away his surfboard. Jonty goes to look for it – he can’t find it! He sees it floating underneath the white foam.
He goes back to get ready for his last wave. The wave is coming up. Will he make it? What will happen? This is the biggest wave Jonty has ever had…..He makes it! What a lovely…..”
“SARAH! Tell your little brother Jonty to STOP being so noisy and splashing water out of the bath!”
